Losing anything, especially your health, will require an investment of your time and money to recover it. Rest assured that our fees are competitive with other offices in the Christchurch area.
Fees and Charges
When receiving care from us you will generally be either a private paying patient or injured and claiming under the ACC scheme. Should you be referred to our practice then please bring in any appropriate referral forms or ACC documentation. If you have sustained an injury then you can complete ACC paperwork here at Roughan Chiropractic before your consultation. Please allow time to do this.
Roughan Chiropractic consultation fees vary depending on the discipline providing care. Please note with ACC regulations there is a surcharge for chiropractic services. Unfortunately ACC claims cannot be used for massage services. Please call us should you require details as to charges for your treatment.
Payment methods
Payment by EFTPOS, credit card (VISA or Mastercard), cheque or cash is expected at the time of consultation. We would appreciate your paying at the time of each visit. All accounts will incur an immediate administration fee of $5. Any internet banking payments must be authorised by our Business Manager prior to your appointment.
Once we have an opportunity to evaluate your case, we will explain what we have found and what we think it will take for you to get well, and just as important, to stay well.
